I just bought to tickets using a voucher, and was surprised to find (because they were paper and not evouchers) that they levied a $30 fee PER ticket. This ate into my voucher a bit. Not happy with this, as when I asked about an evoucher, they said that they coudn't do and evoucher.... so I had to ticket this at the airport and they promptly charged me.
