Does anyone know if it is true that travel agents in Venezuela can only ticket for fares that have a Venezuelan leg in the trip? I wish to buy an international airfare which does not originate or involve Venezuela but I am told by local agents that this is not possible, however I notice on line Venezulan travel agents can give a ticket price? Whats the story???
