Seems just like yesterday(2003) when DL was telling me I wasn't a good customer and had to go. Then NWA welcomed me and gave me a great place to spend my travel cash. Now it appears I have become a nuisance to DL yet again, guess it's finally time for my personal discretionary spending to move on. Seems my paltry few thousand dollars spent each year warrants exemption from most DL benefits and promo just like in the past.

Yet again CO shows it knows how to treat it's customers. Hell even UA and AA give us low life's a bone.
