This happens to be Oregon's (much of it) spring break week. March Madness for one weekend is only part of the issue. Flight reductions, subbing CRJs for mainline planes, Q400s for CRJs and a large outflow of travelers seeking warmer (or colder) climes made this weekend tough for those transiting PDX. Next weekend will have the same problems as people return.
