Hilton Corporation does not own many, if any, of the HGI's. They are all franchises, which is why you find different style BK vouchers at different hotels.

The franchised hotel from which you received the voucher is the only one that should be on the hook for this free bennie. Redeeming it elsewhere is not fair to any other hotel.
