Does anyone know what fare codes allow upgrade to F using sky miles? Wife and I are looking to get to HNL in F and want to use miles for upgrade. Trying to find the lowest fare that allows upgrade with miles. Second question, does those fares that allow upgrade with miles allow to confirm in F at time of booking and spend miles at that point to get the UG or is it put in as a request for confirmation closer to travel date?
