As an ex-PPS who suffered the same exasperation, I can honestly say that dealing with CX has been a breeze. Now a DM, I enjoy many of the unpublished benefits, including them going to great length to get me confirmed upgrade and companion redemption.

You will also find many upgrades thrown your way as you go up the ladder. While I can count on the number of UG on SQ on the fingers of one hand, I have lost count of the number of UG on CX.

CX does know how to treat its pax well.
