The Tageskarte is valid all day on the day purchased, until 06:00 the following morning.

The bus website lists a travel time of 25 minutes to the Munich North stop (I'm sure it's longer at heavier traffic times).

On the MVV website's trip planner, a noontime trip from the Flughafen to Nordfriedhof is listed at 56 minutes (with 10 minutes for a connection at Marienplatz - you change from the S8 to the U6, for the second part of the journey). It takes a little longer because you go all the way into the center city, then backtrack a little ways north).

I'm guessing that, because your trip is so short, your luggage will not be super-heavy, so maneuvering on the MVV system should not be a problem (most stations in the urban area have escalators and/or lifts).
