No, they do not if you are in the last row of a cabin (i.e. such that a service galley or the partition between CW and WT is to the immediate south).

PS I find the aisle seats to be terrible for sleeping...you're exposed to the world, like sleeping in a stadium after a hurricane. The window seats are hugely better for privacy, and for a couple, the middle seats are great too.
