If FWA-ORD is a BA codeshare you can price up the trip on ba.com. Taxes will be the same for a miles booking. Otherwise ITA will give you the taxes (but it is a bit tricky to check for WT+). Unfortunately aa.com does not help as on there the fuel surcharge is included in the fare.
BTW: the additional taxes on FWA-ORD are probably very minor - just pricing up the ORD-LHR-EDI part on ba.com will give you a close estimate. All assuming you are using BA miles to book.
