I've never used Red Oxx, but their "Lifetime Warranty" claim sounds ridiculous when they only offer one service point! Yeah, just send it to the US and wait for three weeks while your bag gets shipped across oceans, clears customs, gets replaced, the new item gets shipped across oceans, and is held up at your local customs who won't release it unless you physically travel to the nearest international seaport and pay the VAT and/or import duty. Sounds real handy!
