By "ticketing goofs," do you means situations where a traveler wants to fly to LAS (Las Vegas), but is instead sold a ticket to LOS (Lagos)? Are you referring to error fares, which are posted in the "Mileage Run" and "Mileage Run Discussion" forums? Or are you referring to something else?

'Error Fares' sound about right, I think. I am refering to computer glitches that would, for example, be selling a $160 ticket for $16...
