You need to change the terminal.

The most convenient way is the free airport shuttle. Do not leave the domestic terminal - after collecting your luggage, look or ask for the desk that handles transfer to the international terminal. You'll probably have to show your international ticket.

Admittedly, the bus may not be the best you'd encounter in your life, but the ride is short and dealing with taxis etc is no fun either.
