I stay at this property about 3-4 times a year as I have family in Greensboro.

The Pros

The front desk staff is very nice, the concierge lounge has reasonable offerings. During low season you can easily get an upgrade to a suite. The junior suite is nice and has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The presidential suites aren't as nice. They are single rooms with a conference table. The junior suite has a bar as well and a murphy bed.

It has a great location, adjacent to the mall, near the freeway, several restaurants, etc.

The cons.

The front desk staff is completely unempowered. Upgrades to suites requires management approval. During conference times, the elevators get overwhelmed with the sheer number of people and parking is insufficient.
