Strange isn't it?

I booked a trip to Boston this morning, phone was answered in two rings(after the recorded preamble) and I was sorted in a few minutes by a very helpful and knowledgeable agent. ^

I suppose you speak as you find, but I have found VS phone service - at least the premier team, to be first class every time I have rung them.
