That certainly wouldn't have been OK for me either. I'd have been annoyed if they lost my suit. I shall make sure I take my own dry cleaning/laundry to the dry cleaners when I'm at Park Tower.

I have to admit I would really like Starwood to have better hotels in London (Lanesborough doesn't count because they are non-SPG). Belgravia was not good (had a bad stay there), standard rooms at the Park Lane desperately need renovating (oh my goodness the bathrooms are rather shocking) although executive rooms are much better, and Park Tower has nicer rooms but generally unremarkable. LM Piccadilly's renovated rooms are OK but I prefer to stay closer to Knightsbridge/Mayfair sort of area.
