My EUA cleared after I noticed the problem last night. Once EUA cleared, sometime during the night, reservation details showed me in F but in row 4. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to get to seating charts on my own, I called the elite line late this morning. Since, I do not know if I was the first one to bring the problem to their attention, I cannot say whether the EUA cleared before or after the problem was reported.
