I can't quite work out how much a One Way Miles & Cash redemption from Europe to USA would be, in Business or First. Am I right in thinking that any connecting flight within Europe (say Berlin to Zurich) would cost more miles? Yet, can I add a number of sectors within North America, as long as travel is in reasonably the right direction?
