It was most likely a DNS problem on the Verizon end. A way to solve this is to set your DNS servers to the OpenDNS servers another poster suggested above (Google their Web site and they will have walk-through information if it happens again and you want to try to set it up). This has been known to be a problem on occasion with the UA Web site, though there is nothing they can really do or the ISP can do except for waiting for the system to cycle. However, by changing the DNS provider on your computer you may be able to counter any problems.
