Since last night, (March 19) I have been unable to access seating charts through View/Change Reservation & Seats. I can see my reservation details, as well as Trip SUmmary and Receipt, but cannot go to the seating charts. An attempt to view the seating charts returns a Customer Advisory with the following message:

A temporary system failure occurred.
Please try again or contact Northwest Reservations at 1-800-225-2525 for assistance.

Is anyone else coming across this problem on nwa.com?
