If David Neeleman were still at jetBlue, I wouldn't put it past him to attempt Hawaii. He had trouble staying focused on profitable flying.
But fortunately for the stockholders, he isn't in charge any more, so I don't see B6 ever flying to Hawaii.
Don't say they will never fly there. Its just not fesable or in their best interest to pursue it at this point and time. There are better oppertunities for them to pursue in the main land, Carribean, and Latin America. I might even venture that there may be even a couple Canadian oppurtunities that would look better for JetBlue at this point than Hawaii would.
