Obviously you are trying to design a small empirical project. If you really want to learn something about LH and it's customers you should not ask questions like the ones posted above but start to "get your hands dirty". Start reading this forum and other forums/boards that deal with similar topics. You'll learn much more about the topic in a shorter time. It won't take much longer than a day and some interpretation (actually this is the most important part!) and you'd have a perfect sociological analysis.
