Yeah, I agree with the irregular ops issues. And with the flight status notifications. Was picking up a friend on an SAN->SFO recently, and he'd called right before they left to say that the flt might be a bit delayed. Got to SFO, looked at board. It showed on-time. Suspicious, went to ask check-in agent, explained what friend had told me. "Oh, that flight is on-time. It will be here in just a few minutes." So went to the security exit area to wait. And wait. And wait.

They showed up an hour and a half later. Now the flight from SAN is only about an hour, which means they hadn't even left the ground when I arrived at SFO and asked the checkin agent about the flight status.

How they have such bad info is beyond me.
