Does anyone know whether a suitcase marked 'fragile' (or whatever the suitable word is) is actually treated any better than any other suitcase - given that a large amount of the system at T5 is, I understand, automated. I suspect not, and even that during the manual handling part of the process it may even receive slightly worse treatment (call me a cynic) .

Does anyone have any experience of this?
