Whie going through the web site yesterday I was quite impressed with how "honest" the artist's impressions are. I didn't get the impression that anything was being glamourised excessively. Not entirely sure about that view of Table Mountain from the bar (looks to me you'd have to be lying on the floor not to see anything in the foreground) but given the veracity of the other visuals I will give them the benefit of the doubt.
