I rate the EleVAte program a D:
  • No upgrades with points
  • No partership with other Virgin carriers
  • 18 month expirations
  • no tiers
  • Spend based, no option for frequency/short flights
  • Upgrade or onboard food/IFE $ doesn't count toward spend
  • Can't spend partial points partial dollars
  • Have had trouble getting points credited, website lacking
