So the answer is:
Intra-mexico coach is still 20K RT and Biz is 40K RT. (by far the best bargain with DL SM IMHO)

I booked TIJ-CUN Biz with MID-TIJ return, on DL was 30K + $31 taxes + $25 partner award + $20 phone (only can be booked by phone though I will try and redeem the reservation online tommorrow to avoid this).

So DL (= 30K + $77 fees) vs NWA.com (= 37.5K + $33 fees)....I booked on DL in case I need to cancel (PM benefit of free redeposit)

In comparison the cheapest coach ticket from SAN or TIJ-CUN was $480.
