Do those hawkers ever get away with overcharging this badly? Seems silly in such a civilized place as Sg. I arrived at Tanjong Pagar railway station on the 17th and for the first time in Sg I was approached by touts trying to get me to stay at their guest houses. Because of the bad economy ???
