I know the airports in Brasil can be very busy if it's near a holiday... so you might want to check your dates against some Brasilian holidays... on a none holiday weeknight, I've seen it pretty busy at times... but 2 hours would be more than enough of a window...

If it were me, I would have my friends come to GRU. and you can enjoy a decent restaurant there. This would also give you and your friends more time together and be less stressful for you, not having to worry about time issues.
