I did connections from TAM (GIG) to KLM (GRU) many times and you would do okay.

AF and KL operate their check-in together in GRU and there are 2 AF flights one before KL and one after KL. The best is for you to try an interline and send you bag all the way to AMS. You should also check in online for KLM which means in the worst case scenario (in case the interline does not work) you only need to drop off your baggage at KL counter. As I said, check-in counter of AF and KLM is unified in GRU.

As you mentioned, TAM and KLM operate in the same terminal 1 in GRU which also facilitates matter.
