we are two students in need of your help and ideas. We are studying at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany), department business administration. For our workshop in the subject Sociology we have chosen to analyse the airline Lufthansa (it is not an official project in cooperation with Lufthansa). You could help us a lot if you would answer the following questions (it is not meant as a questionnaire, we just need your personal opinion. You don’t have to answer all the questions. Some keywords are also absolutely sufficient):

1) What comes into your mind first when you think of Lufthansa (typical historical values and core competences of Lufthansa)?

2) Where are the main differences between Lufthansa and other airlines (what makes Lufthansa unique for you?)?

3) Which aspects of Lufthansa give you the feeling of “safety” (as a passenger or as an investor)?

4) What are the main changes in terms of service at Lufthansa (in the air and on the ground) in the last 10 years (more/ less service)?
