When you try to achieve any kind of recognition from SAS flying mostly intra-nordic (the ac flight is a huge exception in my travel pattern) in Economy, mostly 25% classes, I would be angry for missing 100 points. Why would I expect some recognition? I think I fly often enough, 95% within *A (80-100 segments a year). If I could get my 1000 points missing from my OS flights, I would make EBG after my next intra-nordic flight, so I would be *G for my upcoming flights to YYZ for instance. I don't care about the miles as such, I want to sit in a lounge when waiting for connections to depart, having the possibility to refresh before being cramped up in Economy for 9 hours again.

I totally agree. 1 point is one point and have a monetory value. Therefore we should chase 1 points also.

BTT. I also have some very negative experiance with retro reg at EB. Standard answers is also, resend all documentation, and nothing happens for a long period. I think they should look up why, how etc have happens if any points in missing, not only ask you to send in documentation, and then wait for ever to do anything with it. They should check why the points is missing, and do something with it. Normally it's not us who is to blaim. but something going wrong between the partner and EB. This is a issue they should solve, not us. I find this very annoing, and the last time this occured was on DC points. I did not give in untill they gave me an answer:
