Observations from an Ex-Marriott user
Marriott Rewards - what a joke - what a shambles! I have been in contact with Marriott since Oct 08 and am still awaiting my rewards. Apart from emailing, faxing and writing letters to their customer services dept (?) I am still awaiting a response! To cap it all they sent me a new card with my name spelt completely wrong - Marriott - NO THANKS
