Whilst I agree that regulations imposed on travelers are at best tiresome on us all, I disagree with any deliberate circumvention of such regulations.

If this approach was taken more broadly with other prohibited or restricted items then the risk of disturbance to travel (from delays to boarding through to an incident/accident) increases for all pax on the flight concerned.

This is, of course, just my view. TK
