I've traveled several times with the Evian spray (http://www.shopevian.com/p-21-brumis...pray-50ml.aspx) in my kippie bag and have never had a word said to me about it. Only water, but technically an aerosol. I would guess the travel size shaving creams are considered much the same. Never had trouble with those either. Haven't been through SEA, but have been through SFO several times with both.
