You get these benefits as a Platinum even if you do not get a suite upgrade.

The internet benefit includes wireless and use of computers in the business center. The happy hour drinks include a light snack. BarSu makes a much better margarita than the Sala.
oddly enough i just finished my 15th stay there. when i checked in no upgrade but i said i would wait for a suite and after a couple of minutes they said not today but no problem tomorrow. if you care you might try this.
