I choose to look at UA with the glass half full. It's a wonderful, safe airline that allows loytal members to upgrade to awesome lie-flat business class seats. Yes, they have some worn seats and aircraft, but they have to restructure and have gone through bankruptcy.

Not to be a polyanna, I think we can sit here all day and notice the bad in our lives, but I prefer to look at the good.
