Guess what? I don't know if it was because of writing here or some other reason, but my point balance has now increased by 1000, i.e. the missing points. There is not a new line in the transactions below, however, so I don't really know where the points came from. It could also be the AC flight (FRA-YYZ in L) that is the 1000 points. At least my assumption is that the AC flight would give the same amount of points. With no flight mentioned in the list of flights, it is hard to say which one it is that posted.
