Just booked UA 395 tomorrow, and upgraded using 1K desk. Was surprised to hear it was 3 class metal, and did I want rear-facing or forward facing C seat.

So I took 7C, but it seems like a waste for a 2 hr 20 min flight---how should I maximize my use of the sought after lie-flat C seat?
