Since Tuesday night (April 17TH) I have called AP 4 times with the intention of booking a reward ticket from SIN-USM // HKT-SIN for the end of April. Each time the agent has told me that they can not book economy and business class tickets on TG and are having a very difficult time booking economy and business class tickets on LH and NZ. First class tickets on TG can be booked but not economy or business class. SQ works but unfortunately TG is the only *carrier that services USM and HKT and then to only with business and economy service.

I was wondering if anyone is running into the same issue. Any ideas if this is a TG, LH, NZ thing, or is this a *alliance computer glitch that will hopefully get fixed ASAP?

A *alliance issue I can deal with but TG, LH, and NZ not allowing AP rewards is another issue all together that somewhat scares me. I try to use my AP points for fly trans pacific long haul and inter-Asia rewards.
