Hi ajc1970, were you never asked to sign a small form with your flight & seat no. upon arrival to the spa? Basically so that you are taking your own risk if you do get hurt...they had this even back in the old airport..... on the form you have the option to tick what type of massage you would like (have to be in F of cos), which then decide whether you go right or left.

As for the Royal Family travelling on TG, it wasn't so much of a problem for me when I was on the same flight (TG910) as one of the Princess 2 yrs ago, yes each pax were asked to put a "special sticker" on and the plane was parked on a remote stand guarded by an army of soldiers. Otherwise everything seemed normal (I was only in C so I didn't see whether she was in the F lounge)..maybe the fuss varies fr individual members to individual members
