Last week, while waiting in gate area for one of my NW flights, the GA informed us that there was a weight restriction on this flight and thus she was looking for volunteers. I volunteered to give up my seat and she rebooked me on UA/AA flights to get me to my destination a few hours later.

Do I have any chance of successfully requesting WP mileage credit for these Non-NW flights since my original itinerary flights were indeed with NW?
