Yesterday morning, I flew SKG-PRG. Two Czech police officers had been stationed above the jetbridge and asked for my papers. They proceeded to do this to all pax. They seemed to have no computers or other machinery with them. I was first out the plane and wasn't going to observe them checking 70-odd people and/or finding anyone who wasn't carrying any id, but it did strike me as odd.

Were they within their rights to do it? If not, who do I complain to?
