This certainly is annoying and I understand your frustration waiting for the EBG to come through. What can you do? (1) Make another copy of your ticket-receipt. (2) Make a copy of the copy of the boarding pass(es) you made before you sent in the originals. (3) Make a copy of the receipt you got at the post office a month ago when you sent the documents to EB. Send all of these copies to EB, with a letter explaining the situation. Unfortunately, it probably won't speed anything up but you should eventually get the points that are due to you. You might also want to go back to the post office and ask them to put a 'trace' on your original documents.
