I am furious with EB and receiving miles from *A partners. One out of three flights I have to retro-register, and it takes a long time for the miles to post.

I had in January a flight on OS (booking class G) that I did not receive my miles from, eventhough I had my EB-number registered. It is now over a month ago that I sent the documents to EB, and no miles still show. I asked Bangkok, I got a reply saying that the miles will post when they receive the documentation. So where are the documents then that I sent 5 weeks ago ?!?! What if the mail or EB lost the documents, what can I do?

I recently had another flight with LH and AC. The LH miles appeared promptly, but no sign of the AC miles yet. Anyone have experience how long it will take for them to show up in the account?

I am furious because I desperately need those miles to make EBG before some flights that I have in beginning of April with long stop-overs and I would really like to sit in a lounge during those hours. I expressed this concern to EB-retro as well, hoping they would make an attempt to find the missing documents, but they just responded with my last date of the qualification period.
