AndyTLe, Delta doesn't care if you are pregnant or not. If you want to travel at 8.5 months pregnant, DL won't stop you. On the flip side, DL won't waive change/cancellation fees for you if your doctor says you can't fly. Only way of getting your money back would be finding travel insurance that would cover the situation.
