New to the board. I searched but couldn't find... has any member had experience with having a family member fly using but use the member's FF account? I linked my brother's trip last month to my ff # and he was able to get elite seating based on my status, but couldn't do the same for my wife when she flew last week.
Interesting that one name mismatch was detected but not the other.
