I've had a couple in recent months where Star Golds, SEs Es announcement was missing. Seems they just forget--not important enough I guess

I do recall a couple of years ago when Jazz regularly did NOT do this announcement. This seems to have changed and this is now a regular (but not foolproof) announcement.
