I've never seen a separate queue for departure or arrival passport control at CDG at T2B (that BA uses for LHR-CDG flight, although I believe it may have just changed or will be changing shortly to T2A). But it's fast anyway. French immigration rarely even stamps my passport for entry, let alone for departure.
