Thanks to everyone of you for your recommendations... The train we need leaves Gare de Lyon at 12:58p ... so we have just under 4 hours to get there from CDG. The AF bus does sound like the easiest option, and wasn't on my radar until now, but sure seems like the best choice.

We are flying in on Delta and will be in first class...so that should get us toward the front of the immigration line.
